초코탐 개인정보처리방침

UR Soft(이하 "회사")는 초코탐 서비스를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를
안전하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 계정 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 소셜 로그인 식별자, 부모·자녀 계정 연결 정보
- 서비스 정보: 공부 계획과 이력, 시간표, 리워드, 쿠폰, 메모, 알림 및 화면 설정
- 알림 정보: 푸시 알림 토큰, 기기 플랫폼
- 구독 정보: 스토어 상품, 거래 식별자와 구독 상태
- 기술 정보: 서비스 오류 확인에 필요한 접속 기록과 기기 정보
2. 처리 목적
- 회원 식별, 로그인, 부모와 자녀 계정 연결
- 공부 계획, 시간표, 리워드, 쿠폰 및 학습 이력 제공
- 학습 알림과 부모용 공부 리포트 전송
- 구독 상태 확인, 고객 문의 대응, 오류 분석 및 서비스 보호
3. 아동 정보
자녀 계정과 학습 정보는 연결된 부모 계정의 관리 아래에서 사용됩니다. 회사는
맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 부모는 앱에서
자녀 자료를 초기화하거나 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
4. 외부 서비스
서비스 운영을 위해 다음 사업자의 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- Apple 및 Google: 로그인, 앱 배포와 구독 결제
- Google Firebase: 푸시 알림 전송과 서비스 안정성 확인
- Vercel: 서버 애플리케이션 운영
- Turso: 서비스 데이터 저장
각 사업자는 해당 기능을 제공하는 범위에서 정보를 처리하며, 적용되는 법률과
각 사업자의 개인정보 보호정책을 따릅니다.
5. 보유 기간
개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 계정 삭제 또는 처리 목적 달성 후
지체 없이 삭제합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안
별도로 보관할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 개인정보를 조회·수정하거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 자녀
정보에 대한 요청은 연결된 부모가 진행할 수 있습니다. 앱의 계정 탈퇴 기능 또는
아래 이메일을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 전송 구간 암호화, 접근 권한 제한, 인증 토큰 관리 등 합리적인 보호 조치를
적용합니다.

Chocotam Privacy Policy

UR Soft ("we," "us," or "the Company") publishes this Privacy Policy
to explain how personal information is handled when providing the
Chocotam service.
1. Information We Process

3. Children's Information
Child accounts and study information are used under the management of a
linked parent account. We do not provide personalized advertising or sell
personal information. Parents can reset a child's data or request account
deletion from within the app.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use the following providers to operate the service:
- Apple and Google: sign-in, app distribution, and subscription payments
- Google Firebase: push notifications and service reliability
- Vercel: server application hosting
- Turso: service data storage
Each provider processes information only as necessary to provide its
functions and in accordance with applicable law and its own privacy policy.
5. Retention
We retain personal information while the service is used and delete it
without undue delay after account deletion or fulfillment of the processing
purpose. Information that must be retained by law may be stored separately
for the required period.
6. Your Rights
Users may access or correct their personal information and request its
deletion. Requests concerning a child's information may be made by a linked
parent. Requests can be submitted through the account deletion feature in
the app or by contacting the email address below.
7. Security Measures
We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access
restrictions, and authentication-token management.

3. 子どもの情報
子どものアカウントおよび学習情報は、連携された保護者アカウントの管理下で

保護者はアプリ内で子どものデータを初期化し、またはアカウントの削除を
申請できます。
4. 外部サービス
サービス運営のため、以下の事業者の機能を利用する場合があります。
- AppleおよびGoogle：ログイン、アプリ配信、サブスクリプション決済

合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
