초코탐 개인정보처리방침

UR Soft(이하 "회사")는 초코탐 서비스를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를
안전하게 처리하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 계정 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 소셜 로그인 식별자, 부모·자녀 계정 연결 정보
- 서비스 정보: 공부 계획과 이력, 시간표, 리워드, 쿠폰, 용돈 수입·지출, 가족 메시지, 업로드한 표지 사진, 메모, 알림 및 화면 설정
- 알림 정보: 푸시 알림 토큰, 기기 플랫폼, 언어, 시간대
- 개인정보 설정: 연령대, 안내 버전, 보호자 동의 의사 기록, 선택 알림 허용 여부와 변경 시각
- 보호자 이메일 확인: 발송을 위한 이메일 주소, 확인번호 및 이메일 주소의 해시, 확인·만료 시각, 시도 횟수와 동의 대상
- 구독 정보: 스토어 상품, 거래 식별자와 구독 상태
- 기술 정보: 서비스 오류 확인에 필요한 접속 기록과 기기 정보
- 광고 정보: IP 주소 및 이로 추정한 대략적인 위치, 앱·기기 식별자, 광고 노출·클릭 등 상호작용, 오류·성능 진단 정보
2. 처리 목적
- 회원 식별, 로그인, 부모와 자녀 계정 연결
- 공부 계획, 시간표, 리워드, 쿠폰 및 학습 이력 제공
- 학습 알림과 부모용 공부 리포트 전송
- 구독 상태 확인, 고객 문의 대응, 오류 분석 및 서비스 보호
- 비개인화 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 이용 방지 및 광고 서비스 안정성 개선
3. 아동 정보
자녀 계정과 학습 정보는 연결된 부모 계정의 관리 아래에서 사용됩니다. 회사는
맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 부모는 앱에서
자녀 자료를 초기화하거나 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
4. 외부 서비스
서비스 운영을 위해 다음 사업자의 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- Apple 및 Google: 로그인, 앱 배포와 구독 결제
- NAVER: 네이버 로그인을 선택한 부모의 계정 인증
- Google Firebase: 푸시 알림 전송과 서비스 안정성 확인
- Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK): 비개인화 광고 제공, 광고 측정 및 부정 이용 방지
- RevenueCat: 구독 구매 확인과 가족의 광고 제거 이용 권한 관리
- Vercel: 서버 애플리케이션 운영
- Turso: 서비스 데이터 저장
- Cloudflare R2: 업로드한 표지 사진 저장
- Resend: 보호자 이메일 확인과 동의 안내 발송. 보호자 이메일 주소와 안내·확인번호만 전달하며 자녀 기록·사진은 보내지 않습니다.
각 사업자는 해당 기능을 제공하는 범위에서 정보를 처리하며, 적용되는 법률과
각 사업자의 개인정보 보호정책을 따릅니다.
광고 및 구독
무료 이용 시 배너 및 전면 광고가 표시될 수 있으며, 광고 제거 구독은 선택 사항입니다.
광고 요청에는 아동 대상 처리 및 비개인화 설정을 적용합니다. Android 광고 ID 수집 권한을
사용하지 않으며 iOS에서 앱 간 추적을 위한 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 비개인화 광고도
광고 제공·측정·보안을 위해 위 광고 정보를 Google에 전송할 수 있습니다.
이름, 이메일, 공부 계획 및 공부 기록을 광고 타겟팅 목적으로 AdMob에 제공하지 않습니다.
외부 서비스의 보유 기간과 정보 처리 방식은 각 사업자의 정책에 따릅니다.

5. 보유 기간
이메일 확인번호는 15분간 유효합니다. 확인 요청의 해시와 임시 기록은 생성 후 24시간이 지나면
다음 정리 작업에서 삭제합니다. 정리 작업은 10분 간격으로 예약되며 장애 시 재시도합니다.
동의 안내 버전·선택·확인 방식·변경 시각은 계정 관리에 필요한 기간 동안 보유하고 계정 삭제 시 삭제합니다.
동의 저장 12시간 후 확인 메일을 보내기 위해 보호자 이메일 주소를 임시 암호화 보관하고, 발송 또는 동의 철회 시 삭제합니다.
이 임시 기록에도 생성 후 24시간 정리 기준을 적용합니다.
Resend는 보호자 이메일 주소, 메일 내용 및 발송 기록을 미국에서 처리·저장합니다.
도쿄 발송 리전 선택은 저장 위치를 일본으로 제한하지 않습니다. 현재 무료 요금제에서 메일·발송 기록은 30일,
백업은 7일 보관하며, 서비스 계약 종료 시 남은 고객 데이터는 90일 이내 삭제됩니다.

데이터 처리 부속계약에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 계정 삭제 또는 처리 목적 달성 후
지체 없이 삭제합니다. 다만 관계 법령에 보존 의무가 있는 정보는 해당 기간 동안
별도로 보관할 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 자신의 개인정보를 조회·수정하거나 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 자녀
정보에 대한 요청은 연결된 부모가 진행할 수 있습니다. 앱의 계정 탈퇴 기능 또는
아래 이메일을 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 전송 구간 암호화, 접근 권한 제한, 인증 토큰 관리 등 합리적인 보호 조치를
적용합니다.

Chocotam Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
UR Soft ("we," "us," or "the Company") publishes this Privacy Policy
to explain how personal information is handled when providing the
Chocotam service.
1. Information We Process

Account information: name, email address, social sign-in identifier,
and parent-child account links

Service information: study plans and history, timetables, rewards,
coupons, allowance income and expenses, family messages, uploaded cover photos,
notes, notifications, and display settings
- Notification information: push notification token, device platform, language, and time zone
- Privacy settings: age band, notice version, guardian declarations, optional notification choices, and update timestamps
- Parent email confirmation: email address for delivery, hashes of the code and email address, confirmation/expiry timestamps, attempt counts, and consent scope

- Advertising information: IP address and inferred approximate location, app/device identifiers, ad views and clicks, interactions, and crash/performance diagnostics
2. Purposes of Processing
- Identifying members, providing sign-in, and linking parent and child accounts
- Providing study plans, timetables, rewards, coupons, and study history
- Sending study reminders and study reports to parents

diagnosing errors, and protecting the service
- Providing non-personalized ads, measuring advertising performance, preventing fraud, and improving advertising reliability
3. Children's Information
Child accounts and study information are used under the management of a
linked parent account. We do not provide personalized advertising or sell
personal information. Parents can reset a child's data or request account
deletion from within the app.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use the following providers to operate the service:
- Apple and Google: sign-in, app distribution, and subscription payments
- NAVER: account authentication for parents who choose Naver sign-in
- Google Firebase: push notifications and service reliability
- Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): non-personalized ads, advertising measurement, and fraud prevention
- RevenueCat: purchase verification and management of the family's ad-free subscription entitlement
- Vercel: server application hosting
- Turso: service data storage
- Cloudflare R2: storage of uploaded cover photos
- Resend: parent email confirmation and consent notices. Only the parent email address, notice and code are sent, not child records or photos.
Each provider processes information only as necessary to provide its
functions and in accordance with applicable law and its own privacy policy.
Advertising and Subscriptions
Free use may include banner and interstitial ads. An ad-free subscription is optional.
Ad requests use child-directed treatment and non-personalized settings. The app does not
use the Android advertising ID permission or request permission for cross-app tracking on iOS.
Non-personalized ads may still transmit the advertising information listed above to Google
for delivery, measurement, and security. We do not provide names, email addresses, study plans,
or study records to AdMob for ad targeting.
Third-party retention and processing are governed by each provider's policies. See the

and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
5. Retention
Email codes expire after 15 minutes. Temporary request records and hashes become eligible for deletion
after 24 hours and are removed by the next cleanup, scheduled every 10 minutes with retries after failures.
Consent notice versions, choices, confirmation methods and update timestamps are retained for account management
and deleted on account deletion. We temporarily encrypt the parent email address for a receipt scheduled
12 hours after consent is saved, deleting it after sending or withdrawal. These temporary records are also
subject to cleanup after 24 hours from creation.
Resend processes and stores parent email addresses, message content and delivery records in the United States.
Selecting Tokyo as the sending region does not restrict storage to Japan. On the current Free plan,
email/delivery records are retained for 30 days and backups for 7 days. Remaining customer data is deleted
within 90 days of ending the service contract. See

We retain personal information while the service is used and delete it
without undue delay after account deletion or fulfillment of the processing
purpose. Information that must be retained by law may be stored separately
for the required period.
6. Your Rights
Users may access or correct their personal information and request its
deletion. Requests concerning a child's information may be made by a linked
parent. Requests can be submitted through the account deletion feature in
the app or by contacting the email address below.
7. Security Measures
We apply reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access
restrictions, and authentication-token management.

個人情報を安全に取り扱うため、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを公表します。
1. 取り扱う情報

3. 子どもの情報
子どものアカウントおよび学習情報は、連携された保護者アカウントの管理下で
利用されます。当社はパーソナライズ広告を提供せず、個人情報を販売しません。
保護者はアプリ内で子どものデータを初期化し、またはアカウントの削除を
申請できます。
4. 外部サービス
サービス運営のため、以下の事業者の機能を利用する場合があります。
- AppleおよびGoogle：ログイン、アプリ配信、サブスクリプション決済
- NAVER：Naverログインを選択した保護者のアカウント認証

各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
広告とサブスクリプション
無料利用ではバナー広告や全画面広告が表示される場合があります。広告非表示のサブスクリプションは任意です。
広告リクエストには子ども向けの取り扱いと非パーソナライズ設定を適用します。
Androidの広告ID権限を使用せず、iOSでアプリ間のトラッキング許可を求めません。
非パーソナライズ広告でも、配信・測定・セキュリティのために上記の広告情報がGoogleへ送信される場合があります。
氏名、メールアドレス、学習計画および学習記録を広告ターゲティングのためにAdMobへ提供しません。
外部サービスの保有期間と取り扱いは各事業者の方針に従います。詳しくは

5. 保有期間
メール確認コードの有効期間は15分です。一時的な確認記録とハッシュは作成から24時間後に削除対象となり、
次回の削除処理で削除します。削除処理は10分間隔で実行を予定し、障害時は再試行します。
同意案内の版、選択内容、確認方法、更新日時はアカウント管理に必要な期間保有し、アカウント削除時に削除します。
同意保存の12時間後に確認メールを送るため、保護者のメールアドレスを一時的に暗号化して保管し、送信後または同意撤回時に削除します。
この一時記録にも作成から24時間後の削除基準を適用します。
Resendは保護者のメールアドレス、メール内容および送信記録を米国で処理・保存します。
送信リージョンに東京を選んでも、保存先が日本に限定されるわけではありません。
現在の無料プランではメール・送信記録を30日間、バックアップを7日間保管し、サービス契約終了後の残存データは90日以内に削除します。

個人情報はサービス利用期間中保有し、アカウントの削除または利用目的の達成後、
不当に遅滞することなく削除します。ただし、法令により保存義務がある情報は、
所定の期間、別途保管する場合があります。
6. 利用者の権利
利用者は、ご自身の個人情報の閲覧・訂正または削除を求めることができます。
子どもの情報に関する申請は、連携された保護者が行うことができます。
アプリ内のアカウント削除機能または下記メールアドレスから申請できます。
7. 安全管理措置
当社は、通信経路の暗号化、アクセス権限の制限、認証トークンの管理など、
合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。
